CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMER: A new competition will be held once every calendar month. Jenner reserves the right to cease or to alter the frequency of the competitions at any time without notice. The winning entry will be chosen by Jenner, judged on grounds that include humour and appropriateness. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by e-mail. In order to enter the competition, it is mandatory to provide a name and e-mail address. It is not mandatory to provide a mailing address when submitting an entry to the competition, but a mailing address will be required finally from the competition winner in order to be sent the prize. The winner’s full mailing address will not be published. Provision or non-provision of a full mailing address when submitting an entry will have no bearing on the choice of a winner. The prize will be the original artwork used in the competition, completed with the winning caption lettered in by Jenner. The artwork will be professionally matted, at no cost to the recipient. The prize will packaged with appropriate protection and sent by registered mail, at no cost to the recipient. No responsibility will be accepted by Jenner or Platinum Rat Productions for loss or damage to the prize nor for any other loss or damage associated with the competition howsoever caused. The prize comprises the artwork but does not include the copyright to commercial use of the image, which will remain the property of Jenner. Jenner declares his right to be regarded as the sole creator of the artwork other than the text of the caption. Entrants give all rights of commercial use of the caption in the finished image of the cartoon to Jenner. Submission of an entry into the competition will be regarded as acceptance of all these conditions.

PRIVACY NOTICE: All identifying information provided by competition entrants will be used only for the purposes of the competition. The names and general locations of the winners and runners-up will be published along with their entries. Full mailing addresses will not be published. No personal data, such as name, e-mail address nor mailing address, provided for the purposes of the competition, will be available to any person other than those legitimately involved in the running of the web site and for the purposes intended. No personal data provided for the purposes of the competition will be disclosed to any person or organisation for any other purpose. Any entrant has the right to be told what information has been held and for what purpose.
